I contacted Dagobah looking for a Doberman puppy to adopt. Melissa responded quickly and told me they wouldn't have dogs for a while, but then took the time anyway to write out several paragraphs of advice for my future search. All about how to find a healthy dog and the tests to look out for. She didn't have to do that, especially knowing that she wouldn't get my money, and I really appreciate her time and expertise.
