I bought a puppy from Cindy that was born in May. He's absolutely gorgeous and everything about him is wonderful, HOWEVER, he is nine months old and I just got an emailed copy of his AKC papers. It is stated in the contract that we both signed that I would get emailed and hard copy AKC papers.I literally had to hound Cindy for the papers and was told over and over again that they were coming and then, that she had received them and would send them. Although my pup is wonderful, I definitely would not recommend her as a breeder. I'm sure that there are other breeders out there who produce beautiful dogs and follow through on their word without having to go through the hassle that she put me through!

They breed a very good, healthy dog and for that we give them 5 stars. Everything else we give them a 1. Communication was poor at best. Cindy Phillips was most times rude and sometimes forgetful. I would not recommend.
