We had the Chicago dog with fries and the Chicken Philly. Both fresh made to order and very flavorful. We shared the fries (house cut) and I could only eat half of the Philly, which they cut at my request and re-wrapped separately for my convenience. Excellent service and food.

Im sure the food is great but its 8pm and i can never catch them even though the hours state they are open

WOW! This was an outstanding burger place! Got just a burger and fries and it was so good I finished them off super fast. French fries were skinny and seasoned amazingly. Burger had amazing seasoning and the toppings were plentiful. You could taste the freshness of the meat. The guys working today (8/5) were extremely positive, welcoming, and helpful. I'm not in Carbondale often, but if I ever manage to be back here I will for sure be getting Dale's again.

Could have been decent but i wouldn't know since i asked for no onions or dressing on my burger and when i received it and told the employee i got it back still tasting like onions and dressing because the onions were just picked off and it still had the dressing. For that i wouldn't recommend.
