i have a 2014 nissan altima, just replaced the battery in my fob, two weeks ago. Now it won't work. Any ideas?

Car won't start, and I can't lock or unlock my car

1. Is the battery in the correct way? 2. Does the car not start or is it just showing keyfob battery low batt.? If car starts it is just a malfunction of the fob and Nissan doesn't know how to fix it. If car doesn't start get to Nissan soon too have them fix it.
