Initially, they didn't have the vehicle I was looking for, but their staff kept me up to date when a very similar model arrived on the lot. I was able to get a great price, a very fair trade in, and great experience from the knowledgable staff (shout out to Nicholas).

My husband and I have owned now four Hyundai vehicles (three of which we've purchased from Beaverton Hyundai), and have helped my parents purchase a couple vehicles through them, as well. Our previous experiences have been fantastic, but we just recently went in to upgrade our 2020 Tucson to a 2022 Palisade after receiving phone calls from the sales department (I'd just had my car in to be serviced through them) letting me know we could get a good trade in value for our Tucson, as used vehicles are in high demand. They originally were offering low $20k for the car, which didn't benefit us enough to trade it in, so we declined. A salesman, Hamid, whom I talked to about our vehicle, then called me back a couple of days later after taking photos and doing a general review, and said that he spoke to the appraiser and we could get high $20k for our trade in...this changed the conversation. We had done our homework (it ran true with what we could get from Kelly Blue Book), crunched the numbers, and went in with the intention of trading in to upgrade our vehicle. However, upon starting negotiations, they came back saying we could only get $23k for the Tucson and they could go no higher. We were about ready to walk out after negotiating back and forth several times with different people, including the manager, before they finally came back and gave us $26k, stating this was the absolute highest they could go and they couldn't get much more than this for our vehicle if they sold it. In fact, they told me the original asking price of $27K we requested was absurd and that they'd be losing money if they gave us that. It worked out okay for our budget when all was said and done, and we love our Palisade, but I now see that our Tucson is being sold at the "retail price" of over $33k and they're asking almost $30k. I'm incredibly frustrated at their bait and switch tactics to get us in the door and at how they told us we couldn't get anything more for our car. I know this is generally how most car dealerships operate, but we've been very fortunate in our previous experiences that we were not expecting this kind of deceit and experience at Beaverton Hyundai. We will not be dealing with this dealership again in the future for other car purchases. If purchasing from them, do not trust their "honest advice" or negotiations. Be ready to walk away if it doesn't look right. I wish we had walked away when we thought of doing so and tried to sell our vehicle on our own.

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and it could not have gone smoother. Everyone was so friendly and my sales associate Jeremy was amazing! I felt totally comfortable during the test drive and the paperwork process. I love my new car and will be back to Beaverton Hyundai for future service. Thanks again!

My service advisor, Scott D, was very pleasant and polite. I brought my '21 Sonata in for an oil/filter change and wiper blade replacements. The work was done within an hour while I waited. The service lounge was nice with free coffee and beverage vending machines. While walking around the lot looking at cars, the other employees were also very friendly without being pushy/creepy which was appreciated. My vehicle was returned with no issues. I purchased my Sonata from Beaverton Hyundai 3/2021, which was also a very positive experience. I like to bring my car back to the original dealer for maintenance and service when I've had a positive experience to support their business all around. I would gladly return back to Beaverton Hyundai for future service needs.

Yes you can. Their service department is very helpful.
Call them or take your car and let them look at it and tell whats the best way to sell it.
They do not test emissions, might wanna try your local DEQ or if you have an OBD II vehicle, jiffy lube is capable of testing and sending that information to DMV
