We have consistently experienced the best residential support services of our lives with Ave 5 Management . The staff are friendly and helpful, specially Josh. Anytime we have submitted a maintenance request we have received a prompt response. Whether it was servicing the plumbing or fixing our washer slide door, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that everything is fixed. We just renewed our lease for another 12 months for 2022. We love Arc Central, our home sweet home!!!!

I lived here for 2 years in both buildings and loved it. It’s location is great and the amenities were amazing. The buildings are kept clean and the management staff is very kind and professional. This is the best place I have lived and would highly recommend living here. Maintenance was hardly ever needed but when they were they were prompt and efficient. Very modern and sleek layouts. If you’re looking for a quiet and safe place to live look no further. The whole Arc Team made it a great experience.

Arc Central is situated in the ideal center of Beaverton, next to the max station. The building looks sleek and stylish, and the units feel modern and high-quality - with nice appliances and built-in AC. Management is friendly, attentive, and prompt in handling issues. My initial experience was frustrating due to the previous management, and the ongoing construction; however, since the Hyatt hotel construction finished, and Avenue5 took over from Greystar, my experience has improved dramatically. The rent is some of the most expensive in Beaverton, but it is justified by the location and quality of the building - so if you're looking to have a comfortable experience in a convenient location, it can be well worth the price.
