As of June 2022, I have been here for 2 and a half years. Each renewal they charge more for rent but offer nothing to justify. Needless projects keep popping up yet they do not care for the residents. Just recently they repaved the parking lot and forced every resident that was had PAID parking to vacate under threat of towing for over a week days. No pot holes fixed and no cracks were present. They simply wanted the roads to look nice. Did not receive compensation for parking time lost. Last year they opened the pool and the office staff immediately became power hungry and began to police who could or couldn't go in, that's assuming the FOB they gave you worked and they hadn't shut it off for reasons they wouldn't tell me. Just to go swimming you had to sign into the office and write everyone's name that you brought including your self as the lease holder. Multiple times I have called the office about random cars parked in my paid parking spot and all they would offer me is "take a picture and if they do it again we'll ask them nicely to stop". These people do a good job having a nice view to look at but then they are not pleasant to be under and continuously try to leach money and never do anything good for the community. Last spring a tree branch fell during a storm and destroyed an entire section of roofed parking that people pay for. A week later a crew came out to pick up debris and a short 11months after that finally a crew has come out to rebuild the lost area. The place looks nice but management clearly are just money hungry and don't care. 3/10 would not recommend

I have never met a pair of genuinely amazing people like the managers at Arbor Creek. literally, no matter what issue you have, boom seconds go by and they are ready to help in any way they can. they really ACTUALLY do anything at all that they can to accommodate any needs plus. bonus: as people, they are downright sweethearts and just so so welcoming and awesome! This community is the perfect mix between beautiful and welcoming! you will NEVER go wrong here!

Despite my past, Arbor Creek apartments decided to give me a second chance at life at lease to me and I am so forever grateful! After coming out of a terrible marriage and trying to clean up my life for 7 years now, it's going to feel so good to have a place of my own to call home again. A big Thank you too the leasing staff Arbor Creek apartments!

I would like to change my previous review from a 1 star to a 5 after the office contacted me they made things right and sent maintenance over. It looks like they also hired new maintenance staff members that completed my request quickly. I have since uploaded more service requests that were finish in a timely manner!
