15 minutes early. I would do the movie and look at all exibits after your tour
Your reservation should be for the the boarding of the bus which takes about 15 mins to get to the Castle. Probably allow 15 mins once you arrive at the Visitors Center when they will start boarding at the departure gates.
At least an hour and a half.
You will still have to get your wristband to board the bus.give yourself an hour.
