Yes it is and there is no access. The indoor one is beautiful ,but you only really get to see it when you get back on the bus. Quite honestly for the price of the the ticket the actual tour is quite rushed and the lady that showed us around whilst being a font of all knowledge was not up for questions but just kept wanting to move on to the end !!!

Went there last week and it is still undergoing renovation, but it is near the tail end of it. They were working on a small section and needed to put statues back in their rightful place in order to start filling it back up. The staff is hoping it would be open for a July date but were not certain. Hope this helps.
They are filling the pool in about 3 months. That's what they said Saturday.
