We came here for dinner on a Saturday night. The place was fairly empty at 7 pm. There were two women who came in right before us and asked to sit and order a drink while they waited for takeout. The hostess was pretty rude and insisted they wait in the lobby since they only had one server and one cook. I was surprised they agreed to stay and order after the treatment they received. We got seated right after but soon noticed that most areas of the restaurant were closed off and being used as storage. The garden where we were seated was beautiful but not much of a view of the ocean from there.. after waiting about 20 minutes to order anything we decided to leave and try a different place instead. We were given complimentary chips and salsa but these were very stale and the salsa was pitiful. After one look at the menu we could tell that their extensive selection was most likely all coming from a freezer.. so sad since the restaurant is so beautiful otherwise. Lots of potential for this roadside attraction but unfortunately it was a miss.

Welcoming atmosphere family owned restaurant. Food is definitely homemade, everything tasted delicious. I would recommend it for anyone.

Gluten-free.. What a charming Restaurant, very open with options of outdoor dining, food is very fresh with authentic flavors, so delicious and the service was very good. One downside is the adult beverage is on the light side.

Great Mexican restaurant near the beach in San Simeon and right next to our hotel! Couldn’t have been better located! Good choices for vegetarians on the menu, we had the veggie fajitas and they were very tasty! Lots of seating indoors and a lovely seating area outside. Restaurant has a lovely garden area, and you can watch the sunset. Staff were friendly and attentive. It seems their dessert special is homemade Lemon ice cream, just wish I’d left enough room for this as it looked delicious and lots of fellow diners were very complimentary about it. If you’re in the area this place won’t disappoint!
