They were good, but the only reason I give it 3 stars, is because there are some public bathrooms called Toilet, In Torch Residential District, Daqing, Heliongjang, China that are oh so much better. Also, it is a bit weird to have a restrooms named after you.

There are 4 individual restrooms here, well maintained and basic, with a sink and toilet in each.

Do we have to pay to use the toilet, or is it free?
Since no overnight parking is allowed inside, are we still allowed to park outside overnight along the side of road? Can we sleep on the sand w/tents? Or is that also not allowed anymore?

There are camp grounds near by. Camping on the State Beach is not allowed.

I'm at the san simeon pier at the moment. But not sure about the 4th. There's no signs stating that it's close
