Is the fishing pier currently open or expected to open in June anytime?

It was open on July 28th and people were fishing

We spent 3days this week.got back yesterday. The pier is closed and the state parks.san Siemian park is open.All piers are closed until futher notice.you can still fish from cliffs or shoreline

I was there last weekend and it wasn't open yet.
