It doesn't snow on the coast.
It never snows there.it is cold .it is open except on public holidays
Tours are year-round, the only days Hearst Castle isn't open are Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, amd New Year's Day. Sadly though, snow is very rare, it does get very foggy in winter though. But it is definitely worth it to go during winter because the guest count is pretty low.
Yeah we don't really get snow. The view is very generous. You would have to check it out. I recommend it to everyone.
Not much of a snow location, I've toured in December and it was beautiful.
I visited it early May. I dont believe it sniwd thete in the winter but likely cooler than other coastal areas since its a higher elevation. Call the info line or reservations phone # or a Chamber of Commerce nearby. San Luis Obuspo is 30 minutes south so I think they would have a better idea than those if us that live elsewhere...
Ok i went last year but no snow there but full of snow in the red woods thanks
We don't really get snow in these parts friend...though I can say that the view is always gorgeous. As far as I know they over tours year-round.
