Any time there open, just check there website for hrs, I would recommend if u have a big order call atleast 2 hrs in advance and have them start pulling it, other wise your going to be waiting awhile.

How is there return policy enforced on items they substitute since they didn't have my paid items? They gave me a broken item that I didn't realize till I get home. I called and the lady told me rudely that it's as is. But I didn't bid on substitute!
