Best place to get great deals since Karensbarn closed on ebay.Just got an Onn Blast 5.1 Soundbar System 5 Speakers + Wireless Subwoofer for $38 & at Walmart it sells for $179 & this unit was brand new

Shipping is typically more expensive than it “really is for them” so they are making money on the product, on the shipping and now they added an extra 25 dollar charge for this “premium” fee. Wish the company would stop being greedy and treat their customers better.

I’ve known Karen for almost 20 years. And I’ve been doing business with them just as long. She used to be under Karens Barn on eBay and was my number one go to every single day place. Things changed when they moved it on website because now it is harder for me to find out what shipping costs are going to be and sometimes it turns out to not be worth it especially when the item is so heavy that the shipping cost more than the item would cost if I bought it brand new. Plus because these are shelf poles sometimes you do get items that don’t work or are severely damaged. Fortunately Karen is awesome about excepting reef turns no questions asked. If you don’t like it’s in a bag problem solved. Some of the best prices you’re ever gonna find on electronics, tools, home-improvement, and toys. Other things sometimes are not worth it because the shipping cost outweighs what it would cost to buy something brand new.

90% of items that are shipped are broken, missing parts!!!! Don’t buy anything glass or fragile items or you’ll receive them shattered!!! And they don’t give you a refund! I’ve bought a lot of stuff from this company. Don’t waste your money unless it says shelf pull!!! If you live in Illinois then it’s a great place to go because you’re looking at the items & can make sure that it’s not broken or missing parts & it’ll actually work… Great deals in their warehouse but as far as the online, they suck!!!! This is a warning. I drove 6hours to their warehouse to check how they run their business. Everybody is nice, polite in their warehouse…

There is a chance you can get ripped off this is a store return auction. But I have not had a problem. They do not give good descriptions of the items but as long as you pay attention to what the product goes for in stores and try to get it at least 50% of its retailed for you should be good. Some items I have bought have had small issues but the cost of fixing them is still cheaper than retail. I recently purchased a 600 bike for 80. Needed a new crank arm and pedals. Cost me 50 and it was worth it for this bike.
If you are lucky enough to get a refund for an incomplete item they then suspend your account unless you pay $10....or if they cannot find your item you do not get a 100% refund if you paid by credit card. Both are illegal in Illlinois so they will not be in business long
Slibuy fell off sweetheart! Word of advice Never bid on their pallets because all you gonna get is broke filters and cat litter, last year slibuy was amazing this year since they've changed management they're garbage! Word to the wise.
Your stuck with what you buy shipping would not be worth the return. Really have to research the product and if the manufacturer has good customer service to help you further with the product
You can browse the pallet auctions and garage sale items only. The garage sale items are cash only and they just put in an ATM machine! No items are marked- u have to hunt down rob and he will come up with a price for you.
Of four items, 2 and 2. One was broken but had the piece and was easily fixed, one was missing two bolts I had to replace. 2 were like new.
When I picked up my first purchase there, I saw a lot of people, previous customers perhaps, opening, checking, even plugging in items before they left the warehouse with them.
??????? call again.
If u think you did try a password reset. That should work if u set it up. If not try a different email
Yes. You can pay cash when you pickup items. If you pay with a credit card there is an additional 3% for auction purchases. They have a section called the garage sale that you can browse through inside the warehouse and that only takes cash.
When you bid. It lets you know how you stand right away just like eBay
