Why do you sell items listed as New, then refuse a refund after it's PROVEN the items are broken or incomplete?? THEN, FORCE THE BUYER TO TAKE A STORE CREDIT RATHER THAN REFUND.

If you are lucky enough to get a refund for an incomplete item they then suspend your account unless you pay $10....or if they cannot find your item you do not get a 100% refund if you paid by credit card. Both are illegal in Illlinois so they will not be in business long

Because you should report your experience to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or the Secretary of State. If you paid by Card or PayPal you have 30 days to file your dispute for money back.
