How is there return policy enforced on items they substitute since they didn't have my paid items? They gave me a broken item that I didn't realize till I get home. I called and the lady told me rudely that it's as is. But I didn't bid on substitute!

When I picked up my first purchase there, I saw a lot of people, previous customers perhaps, opening, checking, even plugging in items before they left the warehouse with them.

I wish I had an answer. Some of the products they get in are (duplicates) many of the same item. I would hope if you took it back and asked for the manager, they would work with you and possibly swap it. When an item has a scratch/dent; they usually try to identify it with an image. Good Luck, G
