I visited the clinic despite seeing another reviewer's account of his poor experience with reception. Receptionist was very curt and unhelpful in providing guidance into why medication still has not arrived after one week, despite doctor informing on 5/18/21 it'd arrive overnight.

Receptionist that used ro work there was wonderful. Very sweet and used to love to decorate the office and very personable. The Receptionist on November 7, 2020 was cold, flat affect. and unfriendly. I watched her go attempt to clean a chair after someone left and the technique she used was not effective. Covid would not of been killed. She did not even spray the arms of the chair where patients place their arms. I work in healthcare and never treat my patients the way she treated people. Disappointed on the deterioration of the atmosphere.

Our new address is 315 Vertin Blvd in Shorewood. Rte 59/Black Rd just north of the intersection on the west side. It is across from Target/ Home Goods/ Behind the Chilis/Buffalo Wild Wings etc. Hope to be open in one week. Thank you.
There are three clinics I know of, one in Naperville, one in Oak Brook (Jorie) and Olivera clinic on the north side of Chicago. Hope this helps. We are in the process of getting permits for our new office at 315 Vertin Blvd in Shorewood/Rt 59 across from Target there. Hoping to open up in two weeks. Thanks.
