Extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Had an issue with management and asked for a number where I could reach an higher-up and was basically denied and not in the nice way. Definitely wouldn’t recommend doing business here the “reviews” are nice but I’m sure they are advertised.

really bad service, takes a 15-20 min to get an update. Sometimes even more....Keep transfer you to another representative, than you going to voice mail. Waste of time....

Very upset, they’ve had my truck for almost two months. I’m being lied to consistently. Consistently being told they are under staffed. They can’t figure out what’s wrong with my truck out of all this time. I haven’t made money with this truck in over a month and a half. And they really don’t care about our livelihood. It’s very frustrating and sad that us little guys have to suffer like this. I do not recommend bringing your truck to the Shorewood location. Unless you are Rich!!!! I have a warranty. Someone submitted a oil change, wheel seal leak and a dot inspection to the warranty company. #sad #imsuffering
