We came in with an issue with a leak in the crankcase and they got us in and out in the same day. Amazing service and price. I fully recommend this Kenworth!

well to start out i live in Michigan and all 3 dealers are owned by the same people and normally that wouldn't be an issue but there management is horrible and there technicians aren't any better so I decided to go to Ohio to check out a different Dealer and I'm glad I did there reviews are very good and the people are even better. my issue with my truck wasn't a huge deal but to me it was and they went the extra mile to figure it out and to make things even better there pricing was better too guess I know where we will be taking our trucks from now on

The service we received was top knotch. I have two locations near me and neither were worth a damn. I called this location in another state (Ohio) and I swear it was like night and day. Terry of servicing was a pure God send. She is on top of her game and knows her field very well. We live in Michigan and this is our location of choice from now on .

Thank you. Im a machine polisher up here working and am looking for certain brands of material. Working at Wrights Tire & Auto and the place i used to get my materials from up here is no longer in business. Guess i'll have to order online. Thanks again. ROAD DOG the worlds most dangerous polisher - creating road hazards nationwide 🤘

Horrible customer service. The receptionist who answers the phone is rude as hell and completely unhelpful. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
