Your stuck with what you buy shipping would not be worth the return. Really have to research the product and if the manufacturer has good customer service to help you further with the product
Don't bother. Unless you were able to return it within the 7 days you win the bid, not 7 days you paid or picked up. Which I don't know many who pick up the items same day they pay unless they pay in person. They will only give you 1 'this time only exception' to exchange or refund even on NEW items. I did have to return a NEW ITEM that was completely broken. An animal carrier was pictured only to show non broken side. So I returned it the very day I paid & picked up & was told '1 time exception'! Which was clearly NOT NEW. But, I was given store credit. This is the case for several people I know whom used this scamming place. They say if you can't pay on time or come in to pick it up let them know. Well unless you're a huge spender, that is definitely not the case either! I emailed them for a last minute BACK SURGERY & I was 2 days late, even after I emailed them the day before on the 5th day. They cancelled my items & suspended my account. Good. I'm done w them.
They will offer small refund if you want to keep the item or return the item at your expense. Serious return shipping $$

Email then with in 7 days of recieving your item. They do have excellent customer service.
You get 7 days, but it can't be an uninspected return or salvage. All sales on uninspected returns or salvage for parts are final.
