Depending on the severity of the situation determines the response time. Hot water, fridge, oven, air, etc. They are spot on right away next day. Anything minor like a fan, dryer, bathroom faucet, etc. They can delay a day or two.
I had an issue with a refrigerator not keeping my food cold. I notified maintenance late at night and the issue was resolved the next day.
