I've lived here for 3yrs years.. its a nice place to live its pretty quiet around here. My dog loves to go on walks on the walking trail or Line Creek Trail down the road. Plus the garage is great on cold days. I don't have to warm up my car or scrape it anymore!

I am proud to have called Manor Homes of Fox Crest my HOME for 6 fabulous years! The apartments are beautiful, updated, clean and quiet, I never heard a neighbor through the walls - EVER! ALL of the ladies ( Deena, Alley & Sonnya) in the leasing off are amazing & go above & beyond! The maintenance supervisor Ron is also AWESOME! I never had to wait for a single maintenance request - even during the COVID lock-down. If you are looking for a quality affordable apartment that feels like a home-this is the place for you! I will miss this place dearly!

Great staff. Clean grounds and friendly neighbors. Small garages, roughly economy sized or smaller. Less than 1 outdoor parking space for every 3 apartments. Interior showing its age. No handles on any cabinets. Floor uneven. Sound insulation is pretty good. Temperature insulation is not good at all. Expect high energy bills with minimal use. Some of the interior fixtures were updates, such as the faucets and they are very nice. Pot holes and parking are the only downsides to the exterior. Grounds are kept often and always look freshly mowed. Lawns are mowed early morning so do not expect to sleep in. Appliances are high quality but very old. Goes to show their quality as they still work well. Water heaters are on the small side, not large enough for bathing but work for showers. Deal breaker is the pests. Rarely notice any other pests besides the brown recluses. Pest control unable to contain them. I have been paying for my neighbors outside AC unit for over a year due to switched connections to the fusebox. My own AC has gone out multiple times. The apartment complex has not made it right. Stay far away.

I lived at Fox Crest for 14 months while looking for a new house. My experience was very positive. Tamera and Sonya were absolutely great to work with, very professional and always responding to any request immediately. I loved the garages and the neighbors around building 29 were very nice and friendly. Overall Fox Crest is a great place to live. Thank you Tamera and Sonya for all your kindness.
