I lived at these apartments for a year and enjoyed my stay. The place is tucked away so not a lot of traffic goes back there making it pretty quiet and peaceful. All the neighbors were nice and everyone seems to mind their own business. Anytime I had a problem the owner and management were on it. Tom was always a phone call away and fixed any issues I experienced. For the price of these apartments, you get a lot of space and you're only about 15 minutes from downtown KC. I used to live in Olathe so it was great not having to drive 30+ minutes everywhere. Overall these are the cheapest apartments I could find that were close to downtown. The only complaint I had was the bugs but its because the apartments are in the woods so honestly it was unavoidable (lots of big bugs that can fly into your apartment when your opening your door). Never had bugs in my apartment like cockroaches so no need to worry about that - just big buggies from outside. I rate this place five stars because overall it was a nice place to live for the price I was paying. If I ever lived alone again, I would live at these apartments again :)

We lived in Stadium View Apartments for almost three years, it is a quiet and pleasant place surrounded by trees that made me feel at home. The management people are really friendly and always ready to solve any problem; Stadium View Apartments are family owned and Aaron along with Tom the manager always made us feel part of the community. Excellent neighbors, friendly and polite, I will miss living there!

Worse place i have ever lived. old run down buildings. My roof leaked in the kitchen three times and my bathroom twice. they would put a bucket down then call at the end of the month asking why the water bill was so high. crappy staff. dangerous stairs. dirty pool. Do not waste your money. EDIT: Owners, please re read my review. I am being honest- not hateful. I moved to Grand Summit Apartments and loved every moment. I now own my home and I am very happy. Please focus on improving your property versus marking every unfavorable review online as "spam". Blessings.
