Worst experience, if your looking for a place to move this is not the place. The General Manager David is very rude & inconsiderate. I called multiple times to speak with him about my application & he repeatedly rushed me off the phone because he was “too busy”, Told me he would call me back & never did. If I could could give this place 0 start then I would.

Worse place I've ever lived, the mice took over the townhouse!! The mice ate through the floor and walls. The manager doesn't care about how the tenants live, she's only worries about herself. My self and 2 others had to move because of the mice, Also the basements flood with sewage 5-10 times a year due to them not wanting to pay to fix the sewer lines.

I have been living here for more than a year and I am very happy with my apartment. I love the laminate floors which were new when i moved in and there are so easy to clean. They cut the grass every week and keep it very well maintained. I had a maintenance problem and it was fixed right away after calling the office. I love the pool to relax at the end of my work day! I am very happy living here. The location is great!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in! Since the day I moved in there were bugs coming from vents, outlets, showers, everywhere you could imagine it was disgusting! I told them almost every week till I moved out about the bugs and all they did was buy a cheap bomb from Walmart that I could’ve bought and continuesly bombed the place and the bugs wouldn’t go away. I told them to get an exterminator and they insisted on the bombs. The owner had the nerve to charge me for $550 for carpet but couldn’t even pay an exterminator for the bugs??? What a MAJOR JOKE! I’m gonna pay the money because I strongly believe in karma! A friend lived in a townhouse and the basement flooded tremendously when it rained and they wouldn’t fix that either. In the summer my heat went out when It was over 90 degrees outside and it took them 4 days to come fix it. ALSO, they don't clean the snow or ice in the winter.
