If you have a hard time moving out of this building don't put these people down as a reference it seems they like to say negative things in order to keep their residents. Someone very close let me know whom know me and my family very well and told me such thing. I didn't put them down and i didn't have a problem moving out of there.

Great part of town, it is generally pretty quiet. The maintenance staff responds quickly to issues and the property manager has been great with communicating with us and helping us figure everything out. Our apartment is very nice inside and out, and even has washer and dryers that you can rent from the property. Couldnt ask for a better renting experience, and would definitely refer this property to family and friends!

Lots of vandalism towards our cars here recently everything was fine last year up until a couple of months ago.I don't know how many times I've called the police. I have cameras up now for this reason.

Property management was contacted, before the question was posted. The question was posted to provide guidance to reduce confusion between management and tenants. The Maps Community uses the questions area to get information that is relevant to it's users and to improve communication efficiency by eliminating redundant calls or inquiries.
