We've had nothing but a positive experience here at Steeplechase! The office staff is phenomenal!! Cheryl has been our go to gal, she has made sure we are taken care of. Maintenance has been at our door within an hour from our request every time. Our pup LOVED all of his friends at the dog park. It's super spacious & well maintained. The apartment it's self is beautiful. The only reason we are leaving is because we have a growing family & need more space!

Good amenities. Nice landscaping. Apartments are pretty standard with upgraded cupboards/granite countertops. I've lived in much higher end apartments and have been treated so. My husband and I with baby mind our business, autopay rent, and follow all the "rules". Seems like they will find anything to bother to call you and threat to fine you. Example, things like we couldn't have 1 box outside of our apartment and our moving truck was eye sore while we were in the process of moving (two days in). Constant emails saying they will fine you if you are "unprepared" for surprise house/patio inspections. Your apartment your rules, we follow them. Rules seem pretty petty. Having rules and structure is good, just don't appreciate being patronized, micromanaged, and treated like were freshmen kids in college dorms. Honest review here.

I have to say, I have been apartment hunting for a while. I have certain criteria that I just can't seem to find in one place, until now! I was so impressed with Cheryl and the whole team at Steeplechase! Most of my questions were answered before I even had to ask. They are friendly, professional, and caring. I feel like I am joining a family community instead of just leasing an apartment. Thank you for the great experience! My search is finally over!!

I stayed here in a fully furnished apartment from November 2021- April 2022. The management here is wonderful and so helpful! Rates are in keeping with the surrounding area. The neighbors are quiet, I think the only time I was ever aware we had neighbors was on thanksgiving day and nothing out of line or too rambunctious. They have a dog park, gym, sauna, and steam shower in the club house, which was wonderful. But mostly I appreciated management pretty much leaving me alone unless I asked for help with something. they have an app that gives you an alert when they need to enter for upkeep maintenance and are quick to respond with issues. Cheryl in the office was a Godsend, ask for her if you can, she goes above and beyond.
