If I could give 0 stars I would. This used to be a great place to live, however, the new company that has now bought the property cares nothing about the conditions of the apartments or the property. There is ALWAYS thrash all over the grounds, nothing in the units work properly and when you have a maintenance problem, good luck!! They never answer you even when it’s life threatening. My air conditioner has been not working for almost a month and no one seems to care. We have heat advisory warnings and they still won’t repair. I am currently looking for a decent place to live. Please don’t waste your time applying to live here because you will be totally disappointed!!!

5/31/2022 I have been living here the last 2.5 years. Current Management is the worst I have ever dealt with. Emails don’t get answered neither do the calls. I work remotely at times, that means I need a working internet at all times. They made us to let go the internet services of our choice and to subscribe to the Dish Fiber which is included in the rent. I haven’t had the internet service for a whole week. I called Dish fiber and they asked me to call the apartment management. The calls are not being answered and they haven’t responded to my emails. But they do expect me to pay rent without delay. Just frustrating!!!!!! 6/1/2022 I finally spoke with someone at the office after I used a different number. The lady on the phone said it’s not just my unit but other units too are having issues with the Mandatory $65 Dollars internet. And that there is nothing they can do but for me to call the Dish Fiber. So I asked if the $65 mandatory can be taken off my lease and I can get my own internet service. She said that’s not possible. Is this not day light Robbery? So am being charged for a service that I can’t access?!

The most trash apartment ive ever lived in. The office staff (specifically 2 women, one of them is black) is COMPLETELY RUDE. They dont care about their jobs and ove had an ongoing issue for several weeks and maintenance is useless. If you have an issue, dont expect it to get fixed for months. I cannot wait until my lease is over. These women need to be fired ASAP

It’s not the maintenance staff, they are wonderful and work hard and are understaffed. The gate has been broken for several months and I almost have had several accidents from people not yielding to the entrance gate. People use it for in and out and it is not big enough for 2 cars to fit through at one time. People just do not care about other peoples property here. railing in front of apartment is rusted and is not supportive, black mold in the other half of the apartments here. Kids roam around without the care for other peoples property, cars will be damaged, loud music at night, people Speeding in the parking lot day and night. As I write this there are people arguing outside at 12:30 in the morning, cussing at each other. People have busted apartment windows in the past. Cars are dumped here and take up parking spaces, regardless of how many times property management gets them towed off of property. They even raised the rent and the standards have gone way down. No security at all for the neighborhood it’s in, and there are always issues because of the age of the property. Would not recommend living here.

I believe the new company recently changed to being closed on Saturday and open on Sunday. Not sure how long they're open though...
