Dominoes is pretty standard cheap pizza. My problem with this particular location was sometimes they will deliver to me and sometimes they will not I live about 5 miles away. And even though they delivered to us last week they decided that now they will not deliver this week. They didn’t seem very unapologetic or anything. There’s a lot better local options that we can support than these large chains.

Due to an issue with my past order, I was told there would be a free pizza on my account. When I called to redeem, person who answered the phone placed me on hold to check with the manager. When the call was resumed I was given a very insincere apology, told it had to be done online (although that was never previously communicated to me) and now there is nothing on the their website allowing me to do so. My family and I will no longer be ordering from here. I would not recommend.

I leave this 5 star review because there was a actually mistake with my order on 9/12. This mistake made me realize that in all of the years I have frequented the Middletown Dominos that I don’t think they have ever made one before! Darren made my order right with no questions asked. 99+% order accuracy is ok by me. Good job Dominos!
