I rented from here for about 2 years. Mary is the meanest person I’ve ever met. Maintenance will barge in without warning at times. Sangita (one of the staff) is super nosey and looks inside people’s apartments when she goes on “walks” every night. Cars get stolen and broken into all the time. It’s no fun living in a place where management is absolutely horrible. And don’t even think you’ll ever get your deposit back. The pool is trash, the pond is trash, the playground is trash.

The apartment we were shown was nice, however the experience overall was underwhelming. My wife and I visited for a tour, and Barbara seemed to be in a rush the entire time. She made several remarks to discourage us from applying, and didn't discuss any specials or incentives. When I called today to follow up and ask questions about the rent specials that I found online, she was reluctant to answer, harsh in tone, and new fees seemed to appear since our last meeting two weeks ago. For customer service alone, their entire review from me is 1 star. We are NOT desperate, so we will not subject ourselves to that kind of attitude on a monthly basis! Thanks, but no thanks, BarbWire! :)

Horrible communicate between management! The manager named Mary threatened to write up something in my file after asking for the cooperate office number because she has the worst customer service. My child was at the pool area with my nanny and her children and asked to leave immediately because i was not present and you are only allowed 2 guests per person. I was only up the street at the grocery store. My nanny is a thirty year old adult. Mary lied and said i had 10 people at the pool. I left messages with cooperate but instead Mary then called me again insisting that i speak to her and her supervisor is always busy. Mary was completely dispectful and started to talk about how she provides housing to me. I have been a resident here for 3 years now and actually pay more than what my rent is each month, i do not plan to renew my lease and would not reccomend this place to anyone.

This is the worst place I have ever lived, they don't work with their tenants, and try to help them out at all, their windows let literally all of your heat and air conditioning out. Not to mention bugs in, the management is so unprofessional and really doesn't try to help whatsoever. There are two washers/dryers per BUILDING. Their gym/sauna. Is only accessible during their office hours, not to mention they are under contract with time warner cable, and it's very difficult to get any other, better service. If I could I would rate them zero stars and I would never want anyone I know to live here.
