They do not clean before you move in and expect you to clean past evicted tenants trash and mess. grease ALL over every counter. No running bath for a week. Broken thermostat for a week so no heat in winter. Roaches and mice don't get taken care of. Told about over a month ago. Empty townhouses have homeless people living in them with boarded up windows....for what you pay you can find a much better place in a much better location. The Manager Erica does nothing but collect a check and avoid taking care of the apartments they are getting paid to take care of....I could go on and on but I think you get the point as to why I gave one star... which is 1 too many!!!

This is my worst move ever! I'm so ready to move, I called management today the number is disconnected. I received a shut off notice for my water. I've been having to kill mice and roaches since I moved in over a year ago. I've never missed paying my rent on time. I am so ready to move into a home to call my own!

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Moved here the middle of March and have not had air at all. I’ve been to the office about 10 times, called a million times and still me and my 2 babies are without air in this 100 degree weather. Requested to have a screen put on one of the lids windows so that my child doesn’t fall out it, 6 weeks ago, asked again 2.5 weeks ago, and still no screen. They are trashy, they don’t fix anything, and they lie continuously! Unless you don’t care about any of this stuff, I wouldn’t suggest living here! I’d rather live in a hotel!

Save your money, worst apt i have ever lived in. Walls are paper thin, management is a joke. Garbage all around. Would not recommend fpr a dog. And they now want to raise lease price a joke. Drugs are rapid, garbage all over grounds office staff are fools. And make sure when you leave take every thing as they will steal anything left. This place literally the pits.. STAY AWAY. Only reason it gets 1 star is because app don't take no stars. But i would give this place -5 as it really sucks.
