This is the most beautiful apartment complex I’ve lived at in years. Hannah was very helpful in the application process and allowed us to find the perfect apartment. When we moved in, our dishwasher was acting up and Ben was able to respond and fix it in a timely manner as well as keep up a friendly conversation with me while I was home. I know that this will be an amazing complex for any future residents that come to live here.

Great location and amenities. The property manager and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always coordinating events and activities that help bring the community together. Ben and the rest of the maintenance team are awesome and always respond to issues quickly and work around the tenants schedule. They are a strong asset in this apartment community.

Update: Once taken to social media platforms, I received a call and follow up e-mail stating there is nothing they can do to right their error, sorry for my loss. Poor business practices. Steer clear of a business with ethics like theirs. What a sad day in age we live in. If there was an option, I’d give Riverstone -5 stars for what they did to my poor elderly mother upon her death. We promptly cleaned out her apartment and she was due all $900 of her security deposit back. Riverstone wrote the deposit refund to her (she’s deceased!!!) instead of “To The Estate of….” and handed that to us knowing it couldn’t be cashed. We made them aware of how the check needed to read but they stated they wouldn’t reprint the check written the correct way. They even stated “we’ve never had to deal with this, but sorry it wasn’t written correctly. My manager says we won’t change it though”. Wow! Stealing from a dead lady. How despicable. You can stoop any lower than that. And to think my family was about to sign a lease there. The management are clearly a bunch of crooks looking for any way to cheat you out of your money. Riverstone-if you’re reading this….shame on you. To rob a person of the money to lay them to rest when you overcharge and nickel and dime your residents makes me sick. Please do not rent here! You may not die….but they’ll find a way to charge you, withhold your money or screw you over in erroneous fees.
