Nothing has changed but the name moved in here because they had a pool and summer almost over and no pool wow waste of my money. Barely get stuff fixed, They should take some money off the rent we paying for stuff we can't even use, just sad.

I am truly impressed with the present management. He possesses 3 qualities that I feel every manager should possess. He's very honest, he is very considerate of the resident's feelings of a concerning situation, and can always be found, you never have to look too hard to find him. I hope he continues to manage for as long as I am a community member.

This place used to be really good about keeping tenants unhappy... I've have not experienced break-ins. But this apartment complex does make you do a lot of your own stuff... Like if you have a problem with bugs of any kind regardless if they came from inside or outside you have to spend your money and be your own exterminator. But for the most part though. It's really quiet most of the time. Most tenates keep to themselves but to my experience have been very friendly. If your looking to move here don't. I've have here for a long time and I've not have many problems other than what I stated above. It's really changed since prior management left.. But overall I would not live here. This place is ready for people to move in. So dont look elsewhere.

This place is horrible, i was here for TWO YEARS unfortunately, the first year i was accused of "my kids" banging on other peoples doors... I have NO kids, and was out of town at the time. I had a note placed on my door that i would be evicted if the man living in my apartment did not leave, 1 I lived alone, and 2 they did not even try to verify if I had guest that evening, just because a security guard says he saw a man walk on to my patio (which you couldnt see from the parking lot -_-) they assumed someone else was living with me. I had come home multiple times and someone had been inside my apartment with out my prior knowledge. 1 time my toilet had been changed, and another time my bed was pushed to the middle of the floor--- i dont mind renovations BUT you should notify your tenants if someone is entering their space. They require Renters Insurance which can be paid for on the 1rst but doesnt expire until the 15th of each month, but if you dont pay for it on the 1rst you'll get a note on your door charging you 150 extra for that months rent... trust me its not worth 150 dollars extra.. the pool has not opened in the last 3 years.. last year they filled it up and let it get so disgusting and dirty it looked like a swamp.. what a view...the maintanence workers do not clean or put down salt.. last year the leaves were piled up so high, when a womans car caught on fire 4 other cars caught on fire aswell because the leaves caught on fire and spread.. (mine was one of them! ) the Fire dept said had the leaves been picked up like they were SUPPOSED to be the fire would not have spread.. lastly when i was FINALLY moving out.. they wanted me to leave the UHAUL in the parking lot instead of bringing it closer to my apt door which is on the other side of the building (not facing the parking lot) and basically carry all my things around the entire building to load it up.. OR NAH! if i could give negative stars i would..
