High rent, broken amenities that they don't fix. Pool and weight room are trash and broken. Management never returns calls and if you want them to pick up the phone you need to call from a new number each time. I came in the back door and watched and videoed the employees as I called once. no one in the office was busy and they saw the call and didn't pick up until i called 5 times in a row. they said they lied and said they were on the phone with some one else.

Update: The squeaky wheel gets the greese. Maintenance is amazing and kind to work with, and google reviews get results. Changing from a 1 star to a 4 star. And after a through repeat inspection with the leasing agent I am much much more comfortable with the property and management. I still fully intend on staying in the apartment I like, it's convenient and a nice space. I just ask that an apartment be clean, and ready to move in when quoted to. The hassle of moving is bad enough, no new person wants to cause trouble while dealing with the stress of a move! Summ: I began my application process in mid June, was able to move in during the forth of July holiday. The turn around was amazing for sure. The issues began prior to move in. I have a service animal for my disability, and despite appropriate notice and paperwork the bill would continuously incorrectly calculate totals due prior to move in. Attempted to collect a illegal pet deposit and pet rent, in violation of the ADA. The apartment they put me in was not well cleaned, I was never shown it prior to move in, even when I requested to via email. On move in, the leasing agent did not allow me to fill in the move in inventory, which i am extremely unused to. Extensive damage to tiles, walls, poorly painted and repaired. Two active leaks ongoing when I moved in, for which I was told "just file a maintenance request for those". Maintenance then entered my apartment, rearranged my home, and left every door open including to a unpactched drywall hole, risking my service animal's safety. I have found previous residents items, including cleaning supplies (never used), storage items, bathroom supplies, needles and screws in the carpet, and dust! So much dust!! My attempts to contact the property manager have been avoided. And have only been able to contact by going in person.

Do NOT move here. They will SCAM you upon moving out with ridiculous damage fees that aren’t even real. They are trying to say our apartment has 1500 of “damages” including 400 for a paint job, A PAINT JOB?! I have never heard of any apartment doing this. We left the apartment clean, empty. I have rented in houses/apartments etc for 6 years and have had zero issues upon moving out and always gotten my FULL deposit back. Not to mention the apartment fails to keep their end of the deal on all things amenities. The gate in the front has never fully worked in the 2 years of living there. There has been multiple break in and around 40 car break ins in one night. The pool was closed multiple times last summer for no reason or explanation as well. Also these apartments are infested with mold. Save yourself and do NOT move here.

I’ve only lived here a short time but am happy with the staff that help answer my questions and showed me around before I signed the papers. Melanie was a great help in me deciding on Timber Lakes apartments. My one bedroom is perfect size for me and my two small pets.
