Will the pool ever be fixed? Will the children ever have a designated area to play? Where is the rent increase going to? Why do ppl pay for pest control if they receive no treatments? Why are people receiving snarky emails from the property manager as if this is a five star property? Now all of the sudden people who’ve had satellites forever can no longer have them? What are they being removed so we can finally get a remodel? (Doubt it)

Been here since November 30th. Living with roaches everywhere. I cannot even buy furniture because it would just get infested. The list is allot longer. You've been warned. Don't move out of desperation its worth waiting

North Village has a regular pest control maintenance program where every unit is inspected and treated (preventative) up to 4 times a year. If there are any issues we take care of them quickly. We rely on our residents to also contact us if they have any problems and we have our pest control come out, even out of rotation, to resolve the issue.
