My mom lives here and Sean was able to get her air conditioner up and running the same day it went out. They even gave her a window unit in the mean time to keep her cool. I appreciate them caring about the people who live here becuse I am in a different city so it is hard to help my mom out. Thankfully I know she is in good hands with good people.

The ladies in the office were by far the most helpful with any questions or issues I have. It is nice having staff members caring and wanting to have relationships with their residents. All apartments will eventually have issues anywhere you live, but the importance is how management deals with them. They are quick to address everything. I also appreciate all their effort in turning this community around, it is really showing!

The Clear View Apartments are some of the best apartments in Kansas City. The staff is very friendly and professional, they take good care of their tenants and act quickly to resolve any issues. The apartments are very affordable and are also very well kept. Lastly, the maintenance team does an excellent job maintaining the place and are also some of friendliest people you will meet. I would highly recommend the Clear View Apartments to anyone looking for an excellent place to live!
