How easy is it to walk from the hotel to Kaufmann Stadium and, particularly, back after an evening game?

We were there in June and walked with 2 kids. It's a busy road, but there is a crosswalk - some cars even stopped to let us cross!

I was more worried about the safety of crossing the road and such on the way home after the game. In other words, I am trying to decide whether to walk or to drive. Thanks for all the kind responses.

The hotel is across the street.

It's about a 20 minutes walk
