This hotel is full of potential, it seems like disrepair doesn't fully describe it though, multiple times we have checked here their lovely pool is not functioning, we had to travel from the 1st floor to the 4th just to get ice due to the one outside of our room not working. The toilet and tub had issues draining. The staff here were all very kind and attentive, I wish I could rate them separately, they would get 5 stars. It just seems like there hasn't been much investment in maintenance.

Positive: Room was satisfactory, lady at the front desk in the mornings was very kind. Most of the staff was very helpful. Continental breakfast was good, those were the highlights. Negative: The negatives were they advertised a hotel bar and food, but that was not open even on a Saturday night, because two employees were sick. The pool was freezing and there were no clean towels, the bathrooms in the pool area were also not clean

The hotel itself and the staff were excellent. I could tell that it had been recently renovated and modernized and everything was very new and clean. However, when we loaded our luggage into our car Saturday morning it would not start. Someone had stolen our Catalytic Converter from my car during the night while it was in the parking lot. I had it towed to an Auto Repair ship in nearby Independence, MO. It cost me $420.00 that afternoon just to get it running temporarily in order to get it back home and another $1,100 to put a new catalytic converter on it when I got home. I realize that the hotel is not responsible for things like that, but I wish there was better security, lighting, and cameras in the parking lot. So, I don't think I am coming back to your hotel. P.S. By the way, they do have the best breakfast buffets around. Thanks to the staff for their excellent service. LeRoy Nebraska

First of all we were there for the KC game on 1.30.22. Checked in got to our room and about 45 minutes later we had discovered a minor issue with the room. Called the front desk and within a minute or 2 they had couple of ladies from guest services to check it out. They determined the issue could not be resolved. So the ladies assured us a great stay either way. So they leave and come back to tell us we have been made a new room and that they were happy to help us on the issue. I am not going to say the issue..its not important..whats important that the 2 ladies from guest services and the 2 ladies up front that day made DAMN sure our stay was accomodating and comfortable. The room we were moved to had a balcony as well..what a treat!!!ππππ it made the stay much more enjoyable. Thank you so much to ALL of the staff there for our stay as everyone was happy to help and make it a comfortable place 2 stay...thank you to the 4 ladies who made our stay awesome!!!ππππand thank you for the air freshener..i believe the guest services ladies brought it back up to you...thank you for caring!!!ππππππalso thank u for always having coffee ready!!!

Good Lord" lol, i would have to refer you to Google on that one... Don't quote me on this but i believe sometime in the 80's
I visit this hotel 2 - 3 times a year Four Points always had a good breakfast buffet set up. Not always complimentary, but they had one
The Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City - Sports Complex has a 3:00 PM check-in time.
We were there in June and walked with 2 kids. It's a busy road, but there is a crosswalk - some cars even stopped to let us cross!
Very nice and clean guest where a little loud high school kids
No, there is a grill/restaurant on site. A burger king in the front parking lot. And the Denny's is accross the overpass accross the street from Drury Inn
