This place is a wreck. You've probably already seen the price and assume that. The rooms are actually pretty nice. They have smoking rooms and it's nice that some of the windows open. I don't think that the windows are designed to open. They had a pillow shortage when I was there last. Having said all that, I have been there a couple of times and I'll probably stay there again when I'm in the area. It's a fun place and somehow in the middle of nowhere at the same that it's in the middle of what I'm in the area for.

Great place to stay. Very well maintained and upgraded. Great staff. Especially the manager she is so efficient and knowledgeable of the area. That so helpful. She makes it a very safe place to stay. I stayed at this place for over 3 years 4 years ago and had many other rooms rented as well for my crew. The hotel has gone thru some extensive renovations and improved considerably. If your looking for something reasonable to stay and not the hilton prices. This is a very comfortable place. Look hard enough you can find problems with perfect.

the room in general was very dirty, the bed was very bad, the bathroom was disgusting, I went to reception to make a complaint and the person who spoke to me ignored me, she said she was the general manager, she told me that she knew that the rooms were clean because she helps her employees, so I asked her to go to the room so she could see what I was talking about, but she got angry, irritated and ignored me, obviously I didn't leave there I kindly asked her to went to check the room but she angrily sent another person to check, this person just entered the room and looked at the bed and left without saying anything, I went back to the office and the general manager just ignored me I asked her to change rooms but no wanted, I asked for a refund because I didn't want to pay for that disgusting room and she didn't want to either, I don't understand why they have this kind of incompetent people who don't know how to treat customers, perhaps they don't know that thanks to the customers who arrive you can give them a job and pay its check? the internet said that the room cost $95 and I was charged $151 for each room, this is really annoying, these types of hotels should not be in service. I wanted to share the photos I took of the room but I couldn't find how to do it, but if someone can tell me how, I will do it.

Positive: The beds were big and enough room for my family to sleep. Negative: The lobby and the hallways were trashy. The ceilings looked like they were leaking. Smelled of cigarettes. The floors were sticky. The door to our room was falling off the hinges. Not worth my safety to stay there again.
