The lobby is the only nice thing about that hotel. Rooms are nasty. Just look at all the pictures. Went down stairs to ask for blankets for the pull-out couch and was told they don't have pull-out couch in the rooms. I went up stairs to my room and took a picture to show them and they said o. So then asked again for sheets and said they did not have any clean ones. Broken chairs in the room as well. Woke up this morning and thought let me look at the fire alarm in my room. Smoke ararm and carbon monoxide alarm was unplug!!! Good thing nothing happened that night. Only reason we stated there was cause of world of fun was right there. Next time we will go to another hotel.

We live in KC and one of our family members got Covid-19, so we checked in and kept extending our stay. The front desk was very accommodating, even let us keep our same room. The bar/cafe in the lobby was a great place to relax and get a bite to eat. Bridget remembered what I was drinking and always had a smile on her face. The street tacos were excellent. I will probably come back to hang out at the bar after I go home. The people are very friendly and meet some new people. I’ll be back!

The room was so dirty! The mirrors still had toothpaste splatter on them from previous customers, floors dirty, the chair was filthy. Even the elevator looked like it had not been wiped down in years. The bar that is advertised on the website was not open because they don't even have their liquor license!! The hallways reeked of smoke, and we had to ask several times to get new bedding because ours was dirty... DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures versus what you actually stay in is not even comparable.

This is a 2.5 hotel that has the potential to be a 3 star hotel if they took the time to truly fix things! The hotel is around a few fast food restaurants, a gas station, small strip mall, and free public transportation to the two casinos and DT Kansas City, Missouri. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the small bathroom, the low quality maintenance work in it, and the dust in the vents. Some of the people smelled like a variety of smoke to me, but I didn't really smell it in the hallways. I didn't have a problem with any of the guest and there wasn't any drama. Pool/workout areas: Both small, decent, and the pool goes up to 6ft. Arcade- Only the racing game and candy machine worked. Breakfast- Prepackaged, small variety, and they have fresh fruit. Vending machines- Well stocked and affordable. The hotel bar wasn't open but I'm not much of a 🍷 so it didn't bother me. The hotel does not have a business center but they were kind enough to let me print my tickets off there computer. If I needed anything towels or toiletries, they were accommodating. I don't know if I would stay here again but I do appreciate their hospitality!
