Room could of been cleaned a little better in the corners of the room, behind the fringe and night stands for a true Holiday Inn experience otherwise it was nice. The staff was amazing and we had a pleasant stay over the weekend.

The pool was closed. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a pool. I have a small family and we wanted to use the pool. When my husband asked about a comp because of the pool the lady was super rude. We were very nice about it but all we got was attitude. The room was expensive for such a small room would have been worth it if there was a pool. The best western was cheaper bigger rooms and a pool. I would go there.

It looks decent but it isn’t. You have to pay for a sub-par breakfast. The toilets weren’t set correctly so when you sit on them they make a heckuva noise and they leak sewer fumes into the room. I travel a LOT and this hotel is not worth the money.

Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel is modern. The hotel is close to downtown KC and makes things accessible. I wish the hotel had better shades in the rooms. The rooms have blinds that do little to block light from the outside. You will not have a dark room because of the city lights at night and the sun in the morning. I also wish the check in time wasn’t so late. 4 P.M. check in and 11 A.M. check out is kinda ridiculous.
