I went to immediate care. There was significant waiting time between the vitals to be seeing by provider followed by simple test. Service provided was <20mins total but I am being charged for all the waiting time I spent there waiting for provider and the test. Really not sure how can they charge people for their own waiting time while their providers are running late. I probably would go to some other urgent care next time and hopefully not being charged there for my own waiting time.

I come here very regularly and I’ve never had a bad experience. Wait times vary but they warn you in advance, nurses are detail oriented in their charting, and doctors are very compassionate and knowledgeable. You feel seen and cared for no matter what your health concern.

Providence Scholls Immediate Care always provides Professional Excellent care . The Doctors, Medical Assistant's and Nurses are Amazing and they go out of their way to take the time to explain whatever you're concerns are. They are always friendly kind and caring. I know when my visit is over, I received the very best care. I am very thankful.

I had severe back pain a few years ago after moving a large printer. I ended up leaving my visit in more pain than I arrived with. They didn’t even prescribe me Flexeril for pain. I had to go elsewhere. I’m writing this review now because it’s something I’ve never forgotten. I live close to this facility and pass it everyday with disgust. Don’t bother going here if you are in any kind of pain.

Yes. They have a lab on site...& x-ray.
To give a test? Or do you mean to get a test? Either way less then 5mins for the actual test. With prep time I'd say about the full 5mins.
Answers here are not from medical staff at the location. I'd recommend calling to confirm especially about the insurance. With that said, as a non-medical person, I think that is the type of thing that they can help with. But definitely call and talk to a medical professional to confirm.
