My wife, and I, have patronized a Hair Stylist named Reasey Hem for many years. He comes to us from Cambodia and was recommended to us by one of my wife's co workers. He is very nice and professional. We like him very much. The facility is always very clean and appears to be well run. We would rate Reasey, and this facility, "entirely satisfactory".

I gave it 3 stars because my eyebrows and sisters haircut turned out good but this was my issue. My appointments was at 9 and 9:30am. I woke up in the middle of the night with a cough, sore throat and fever. My sister left a message with them at 9 when they opened. The hairdresser was upset. Wanted to be compensated 75 dollars!! I was paying for my sister to get her haircut for her Birthday so me being sick upset me. So I got up, took Tylenol, grabbed a mask and went. Didn't have time to take a Covid test. The women (forgot her name. Started with an S. small women, short hair). When we got there she says..you're late! I said I'm sorry, we left a message and talk to receptionist. We tried to cancel because I'm sick. She was rude from the start. She was insulting to my sister who has a disability. Even when I was putting cough drops in my mouth, that didn't even faze her. By the time I got home, I was running a fever again. I should of not gone out. I guess the risk of Covid isn't a problem anymore. I understand that people need to get paid, of course I do and the pandemic hasn't helped hairdressers but I also don't want to get anyone else sick. I've already had covid. Even though she did my eyebrows and sisters hair well. I'll never go back to this place. Unprofessional and lack of compassion and also risking others health. I'm glad I wore a mask because there was quite a bit of elderly women in there. Update...I have a Upper respiratory infection. Had to go to ER. I pray no one caught this. I hope she sterilized

Didn't put any care into work. Not only was my hair totally different from the picture but even the other stylist knew that the one I went to see was not doing it correctly. The one I saw had to basically signal her not to say anything. She also ended up damaging my hair. Not were they not kind but they did not put effort in what they were doing. Definitely would not go again.

I’m a new client of Heather Adair. She is amazing with curly hair cuts. She has completely changed my hair with just one simple cut! Very professional and friendly. I cannot wait to see what she can do with color!
