We are so grateful for the care our dad received as he was recovering from COVID-19, and a few other health concerns. Cheryl and her team from the receptionist to the clinical team went above and beyond to make our dad’s experience positive as well as supporting us as a family walking this journey also. A special shout out to Dylan and Alex for befriending our dad and making him feel at ease and boosting his morale for having to be there. We were always kept in the communication loop, and we could visit as often as we wanted (from the outside window of course.) The grandkids lifted his spirits for or sure! Warmly, Jan, Allison, Jeff, Ashley and family Many thanks❤️

Pacific Health and Rehab was where my mom was sent when she became Covid positive. Her stay there was approximately 3 weeks long. She had no symptoms, thankfully. Her care there was good and she had loving caregivers. Special thanks to Nurse Mike and to Cheryl, the administrator and Alex . Mike for his care for my mom and Cheryl for her care for the family. Alex was so nice as to keep my mom in daily puzzles for her entertainment.

I work in the Senior Housing industry helping folks find housing and care. I have not physically been to this building and cannot go now because of Covid-19. I have spoken with several staff members about a client I am trying to assist. I am so impressed with the kindness, polite services and caring staff that I have spoken with on the phone. From the front desk receptionist to Jennifer in Social Services and also Michael one of the nurses. I am truly impressed with the staff I have spoken with. I look forward to visiting the building when the Covid restrictions are lifted.

This facility has nice staff ( most) but, forget to order medications, takes an hour to get your call light answered or noticed at all. They expected me to go without pain meds for the wknd and I just had a tumor removed from my spinal cord! The food is usually cold. The best thing about this place is a lady named " Debbie" who seems to be taking extra care doing the activities director job, as well as so many others on a daily basis and smiling all throughout! She's a light in this otherwise dim place. Thank you, Miss Debbie :)

Hi Heidi, Pacific Health & Rehabilitation is currently acting as a Covid-19 Surge Facility for the State of Oregon. We screen all state and essential visitors for temperature, covid symptoms, and potential exposures. We also test routinely in accordance with Federal, State, and local guidelines. Due to being a Covid-19 Surge Facility we only allow window visits at this time. Please feel free to give us a call at the facility if you have any additional questions, 503-639-1144.

How did this dump get even 2 stars? Beds are dirty and never changed. It is the worst place around to put a loved one. I complained to the state about the unsanitary conditions and lack of care. They steal patients pain meds!
