There are multiple people trust passing in the pool area the agents don't seem to care these people are freeloading and disturbing the rules and well being of the residents. Not to mention it's a huge liability, there is dog feces in the building hallways, the new manager Nick is nice but super busy. The kids all fight but my main complaint is the trespassers the pool is small as is

Update: I miss the old management from when I originally moved in. Abby and Sterling Joy seemed to show more genuine care and accountability for things that occurred or went on within management. Since then, someone ruined an entire transfer of unit process I had and leased the available unit next door to me instead of moving me into it, causing myself and my child to move to an entirely new building instead. The unit I was pushed into, didn’t have a window on one area of the apartment for more than a month. It was an open hole into the unit for a week before I called & said something needed to be placed over to protect from water damage since we were getting heavy rain. The person responsible seemed clueless this was the case but nevertheless said they would have that fixed. Then the person responsible was out of the office & I was being informed that they were short staffed and were trying to hire a third person. Now, this person who gave me a nightmare moving experience is back in the office. I was given excuse after excuse that this all happened due to lack in management and the worker not being responsible…. Why rehire them? Why bring them back into the office when an evident situation has occurred that proves they are unfit for management? I’m disappointed in discovering this. I’m now weary of even approaching the management for any help or assistance. I enjoy living here but I do feel there are some things that could have been done differently/better and I didn’t consider prior to moving in. I’m on a 4th floor and the heating units are on the wall, almost at the height of the ceiling. Heat sits in the top of my apartment, and since heat rises, it takes a really long time to heat my unit. There is also no fan in the bathrooms, it’s an automatic fan. As a parent, I’ve needed to sit in a steamy bathroom with my sick child and struggling to achieve that since I couldn’t prevent the fan from turning on. I also wish there was a heater in the bathrooms, since there is only one heating unit in my living room, the bathroom is always cold. I have to buy a weather seal for my deck door because there’s a huge gap between the door and the frame to the point you can see outside and it’s causing a huge draft, but the door fits fine apparently…. These small things are just some points I’ve noticed since living here and would be good for any future resident to consider.

Sterling Joy and Abby where amazing. I was so overwhelmed and they gave me step by step guidance and what was needed to apply. I honestly don't know what I would have done without their help. We love our apartment and the complex is beautiful and so clean.

Sterling Joy went over and beyond to help me. She is such a wonderful person. She made sure I left with a smile! I’ve never had someone really go out of their way like that to make sure everything was in order. The apartments are very clean and brand new I absolutely love this place.
