I used to love this specific location because I worked closing night shifts but the last time my husband and I went to visit on Saturday May 28th their hours stated they were open until 2am so we assumed they were open. But when we went to visit at 11:30 pm, they were closed with a traffic cone in the drivethrough to prevent cars from pulling in! I knew that was code for “we’re closing early but we’re not supposed to so we’re stopping you with this traffic cone.” I even emailed their customer service and listed this location and received ZERO response in return. Do better! Your night shift manager doesn’t care about sales and closes earlier than it states online! That night, I tried to knock and get help as I had already placed a mobile order and paid, the crew members proceeded to shut all the lights off and pretend they were not there! I figured out how to cancel on my own but if I couldn’t that would have been a nightmare and they would have held my money! Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while, I won’t be coming back to this location.

I was in the drive-thru to pick up an UberEats order for a customer. The line wasn't too bad even though it was on a Friday night after midnight. But that was until this character is walking from car to car in the drive thru and goes back and forth to the drive-thru window. Because this guy comes in and out, the car in front of me starts backing up several times until he is on the verge of hitting me. I honk my horn several times to get him to stop. His back end is near me and he honks his horn and starts swearing in retaliation. Where was the manager? They should not have allowed this guy walking around to go up to the window and then cause the line to build and nearly have the car in front of me hit my car. This situation is terrible. Next time, don't allow people to go to the window under any circumstances!

This location is ridiculous. They get my order wrong every single time. I specifically asked for no tomatoes and all my items have tomatoes. Also, why ask what kind of sauce we want if you NEVER EVER put any in the bag?? Thus isn’t just a once in a while occurrence. It’s every single time. Come on. Do better.

Worst service!! Asked for no meat. They swore up and down that there was no meat in my meal. Got it home. MEAT. Yes, I should have checked. This place consistently messes up and wouldn’t refund me. The drive thru is also a first class nightmare. I won’t be eating here again. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else, folks.
