I’ve been coming here more than three years. They have prescribed lspecialty prescriptions and I have bought packages from there spa next door. Recently, they changed their phone system so they no only don’t answer the phone, but now they don’t call me back. I can’t get someone to look into an issue with a prescription, can’t schedule an appointment. Supposedly you can chat via text but that doesn’t work. Don’t go here if you need to be seen by anyone or talk to anyone. Oh, and they used to have Saturday appointments but they got rid of those a while back too. I’ll be finding a new doctor that actually SEES patients.
