Went in for Botox, waited well over an hour for a total of 5 minutes with the doctor (Dr. B) Was charged nearly $1000 for a partial job. There was no consult, no conversation, he didn't even clean my face with alcohol before jabbing me with a needle. You can't even tell I had anything done. Went back for the one week follow up to experience a similar situation. This time was a long wait with before and after pictures that legit look the same. I was told it looks much better. Again, there is no difference. Do not waste your time or money here. RUNNNNN!!!!!

Staff is always cheerful, courteous, and helpful. My caregiver always performs a thorough exam and I am confident in her recommendations. Very highly recommend them.

First let me say I love NP Janice. She is very thorough and nice. Unfortunately, whoever is in charge of scheduling is doing a HORRIBLE job adding way too many people for Janice to keep up. My husband and I had an appointment on 10/26 at 11:20. There were several people in the waiting room-all waiting to see Janice. Many of us were also scheduled to have Dr. Smith sit in our appointment. He was a no show and I now understand this is a common occurrence. When I asked the front desk how behind Janice was, I was told at least an hour!! I voiced my displeasure with the front desk and a nurse showed up who was so rude, I told her “you don’t have to be so rude! We were finally taken back after 1. Janice visited and prepared us for the procedure, but left again and came back a half hour later. All in all, we were there well over 3 hours for a procedure that took less than 10 minutes. In closing, the last two times we’ve been there (all within a month) prescriptions were to be sent to our designated stores. Both times I had to call the office the next day as they were never called in. We are awaiting the results of a biopsy and am worried we will be treated shabbily. As much as I like Janice, we will be moving on. I don’t have over three hours to blow for simple appointments. I would not recommend this practice.

I am interested in getting Botox. Should I come in for a consultation?

Catherine Mckenna | Nov 7, 2018

Dr. B does Botox at a competitive price. There are other options that might be better, more permanent, less expensive, etc. I would suggest you should have a chat with the Dr. to see what would be best or what he recommends.
