Limped into APEX Performance Wellness Rehab June 14th with a known torn meniscus on my right knee. Dr Mike Makher worked with me to get my strength built up after losing much of it after the initial injury. Made huge progress and was encouraged to push myself beyond what I thought I could do! The PT team seamed to be all working together to encourage me and congratulate me, which kept me going. Discovered later the ACL is also torn, but I'm confident APEX will get me running again without surgery! Great team! Thank you Mike and Josh Davis for helping me thru the process!!

I had a great experience with Apex PWR and was helped out by Kalen. They are extremely knowledgable, helpful, and professional in setting up sports testing. I had a DEXA and VO2 Max testing which i had never done before and Kalen did a great job setting it all up and was very detail oriented. Can't wait to go back for further testing and coaching.

After a significant amount of weight gain over the last few years I’ve been focusing the last month on getting back on track and trying to find tools to help me along my journey to get back to my best health. While doing research I discovered Dexa scans and decided that that’s what I wanted to do to get a good idea of where I was starting from. I booked my RMR and Dexa scan with Apex. Kalen was super helpful, this was one of the first places I’ve been in in a very long time that I feel truly cares about the health and well-being of others and helping others become their best selves. Can’t wait to book my next scan in a few months to see how much has changed that I can’t see externally as easy. Also the RMR test was eye opening, so different from the online calculators I’ve done. I’d recommend it to anyone. And I’ll be returning to Apex for Dexa scans a couple times a year as long as they’re doing them.

Hi Hannah! Yes, we provide VO2 Max testing for Portland, Oregon residents. We also service all surrounding suburbs, such as Tigard, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Tualatin and West Linn. People from Vancouver, Washington, Camas, Washington, Hood River, Oregon and Salem, Oregon also make the drive to us and often combine their VO2 Max appointment with another service to get more out of their visit.
