While there are a handful of great customer service employees at this location, the absolute terrible ones far outweigh them. Rushing and making mistakes, no soft skills, treating people poorly, abrupt and rude. One more bad experience away from leaving for good!

I've had negative experiences at this pharmacy in the past, and posted a rather negative review at that time. I don't know if someone in management has changed or that they saw these reviews...whatever the case, their customer service has improved since then, as has their level of organization and adherence to commitments. I've consequently added another star to my review. The one technician I'd had the experience with has totally changed her behavior and is now perfectly helpful & courteous. She either has forgotten about it or is a forgiving person, as I have perceived no animosity related to my review or the incident. I've had good interactions with all staff there for the last few months. Additionally, they offer COVID vaccinations at this location, for which I'd recommend them. Getting the shot was quick (I advise going in early, just after the pharmacy has opened in the morning) I was in and out in ten minutes, and the pharmacist/team member who did the shot was very skilled with a needle. All in all, this pharmacy is good now.

I’m surprised at the negative reviews. I’ve always had good experiences with helpful staff and pharmacists who will take time with you if needed. They do have better prices and sometimes have coupons for expensive medications. I’ve never had anything but a positive experience so I wanted to give them a shout out because they work their tails off!

Horrible customer service. Called to ask if prescription is ready and was told it was. Get there and turns out prescription is not even started and the cashier, Tina, gave attitude the entire time. This happens on a regular basis here. Go somewhere else. Not even worth 1 star....

It seems likely the 2nd shot is different than the 1st in the series.... Or perhaps it is about what the Insurance Folks have decided..... They seem to be the Deciding Factor re our Health Care
